I’m Pete Askew, a strategic adviser working with organisations at moments of significant transition.

Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked across commercial, social and community sectors - advising businesses including Unilever, Danone and Boots on innovation and growth, and helping mission-led organisations develop more viable strategies, structures and operating models.

Today, alongside chairing Cleveland Pools Trust, I’m developing Organisational Transition Intelligence: an emerging approach to helping organisations recognise when conditions have changed, understand where they may be losing fit, and build the capacity to move through transition.
